Normally we will dispatch your order within3-5 days, subject to clearing of your payment for goods ordered. We will always try our very best to ensure that we have items advertised on the site in stock. If you place an order for an item which is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of this. Occasionally we will be waiting for delivery of an item and due to the individually hand crafted nature of our jewellery this may result in a delay. If you have ordered several items and we are out of stock of one then we will send part of the order at no extra carriage cost. We ask you to be patient if this happens since we believe that you will be delighted when you receive your Peace Chain order! We always try to put the customer first!
